Dean founded and continues to lead both Arizona Builder Sales, Inc. and The Condo Pros LLC, and through these two companies has been responsible for the sales for more than 10,000 condos, town-homes and single-family homes, and the development or sales of more than 80 communities throughout Arizona.

His success is based on his vast knowledge of the Arizona market, sales processes, marketing, forecasting, and trends. The scope of experience also includes running homeowner’s associations, handling entitlement documentation, pre-sale and lender requirements, and governmental approvals.
